3 Things a Great Coach Helps You See
Sustained excellence is rare. You can get good at something just by working hard. Throw in some natural ability and you might get really good at it. But sustained excellence requires coaching. A great coach helps you see 3 things with increasing clarity:
- Current reality.
- What you're really chasing.
- Process that actually works to close that gap.
So, who is your coach? And who is coaching your people?

Why?
There's a gap. I call it the "Know/Do Gap." It's that massive gap between what we know about great leadership and what we do. Between what we know about saving for retirement, staying in shape, building great relationships - and what we do. The gap bothers me. I have it, too.
We always go farther faster with a great coaching process. They help raise our leadership and capability lid! I've worked with many coaches: sports, leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, speaking, finance, fitness, business strategy. I played college baseball and basketball. Two great pitching coaches helped me build a devastating curveball and a biting cut fastball. I was very fortunate to be part of a world-class leadership coaching process for the first few years after college. A great coach (or coaching process) is an absolute game-changer!
For years, I've had the honor of coaching people in all walks of life... from CEO's and owners of companies to Fortune 500 management teams to entry level staff at NYU Langone to 12-year-olds playing baseball in Tuscany or soccer in NY (Right, those sports are opposite from what you might expect!). I love helping people see their potential and close that gap.

People go farther faster with a great coaching process.
Â
After my car accident (now 20 years ago?), I decided that I wanted to add value to great people and great organizations. Authentic people and organizations. People who choose to care and choose to serve, even when it's not easy or convenient. If that's you, let's have a conversation!
 Â
What if... this is the game-changer you've been looking for?
