What This Is
A small, invite-first cohort for parent leaders who want to grow how they lead at home and at work using proven servant leadership principles.
This is not a course or lecture series. It is a structured working cohort built around reflection, challenges, and peer accountability.
Why This Exists
Across dozens of leadership interviews, a consistent pattern emerged: leaders were growing professionally, but struggling to intentionally lead at home.
This cohort was created to close that gap by bringing servant leadership principles into family life in a practical, repeatable way.
How It Works
Participants meet every 1–2 weeks in a small group setting for guided leadership conversations.
Between sessions, participants complete simple but meaningful challenges designed to apply leadership in real life.
The cohort is intentionally small (12–16 people) to ensure depth, trust, and connection.
The Reality Most Parents Who Lead Face
You're succeeding (or grinding) at work, but the moments with your kids are slipping by.
You want to be a servant leader at home and at work — present, purposeful, and leaving a legacy your children will be proud of. But the pull between responsibilities is real, and generic advice isn’t cutting it.
What if you could train with a small group of like-minded parents who are also leaders — using proven principles from hundreds of real servant leaders?
This isn’t another leadership lecture. It’s a Weight Room — practical training, accountability, and challenges designed for busy parents who refuse to settle.
Â
This experience is designed to challenge how you think about leadership at home and at work.

Join Phase II of the Servant Leader Project!
I want to invite you to be a part of phase II of our research. BUT, it is definitely not for everyone.
Most people never become who they could be because they never let go of who they used to be.
Phase II is NOT for the faint of heart. It will transform your life forever. But it will be hard. And it will take great courage. And humility. There will be a price tag. It's certainly not for everyone. Are you up for it?
If you're not serious about growing in the 4 areas described below, please do not apply. We only have a few openings for this series.
The exclusive cohorts will be pivotal in the next steps of this project. Our world needs more servant leaders.
Apply (or nominate a colleague) today!
Enrollment closes when the openings are filled.
The Phase II Process
People. Principles. Process. If you look at world-class leadership development (whether it's the way MLK and Lincoln developed their speaking skills or the way Mother Teresa and Gandhi developed their ability to demonstrate their love of people) you find that we all need a simple process that actually works.
1) We need good people to do life with. People who will encourage, inspire and challenge us.
2) We need reminders and reality checks.
3) Process supporting principles. Tools and strategies that help us become who we can be -AND- can be passed on to the people we coach, mentor or develop.
Your next step, should you accept the challenge: APPLY to be a part of this unique and exclusive journey. We will get together regularly, initially in a 60 minute conversation every other week. We will have a leadership challenge to focus on between these conversations. We will share lessons learned, best practices, and help each other to take our leadership to the next level. The process will be modified and improved by this initial cohort.
Dates, timing & logistics will be designed around the initial cohort or your organizational needs. This process will be built around your busy schedule and culture.
